Jilali and Fatima built their reputation through their dishes, but also kindness, reception, and generosity. In this welcoming family setting, the experience is unique, each meal, each flavour takes you to Morocco.

After arriving in France in 1980, Jilali worked in butchery for three years. In 1983, he created his gastronomic Moroccan restaurant "L'Etoile d'Agadir" in Soissons. Five years later, in 1988, he moved to Meaux. In Morocco, culinary traditions have always been passed on orally from mother to daughter. For three years, Jilali and Fatima dedicated themselves to gathering traditional recipes from their elders. According to them, cuisine is not limited to recipes. Cuisine symbolizes encounters, and the fusion of cultures.
